Production Packaging Operators - Flexible Casual Shifts

Manpower is currently seeking reliable and motivated Production & Packaging Operators to join the casual workforce of a leading global beverage manufacturer based in Huntingwood.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking flexible work around study, family commitments, a second job or supplementary income. Working within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment, you'll have the opportunity to be cross-trained across multiple operational areas while supporting production, packaging and rework activities.

Please note: This is a casual on-call opportunity with shifts offered based on operational requirements and production demand.

• Previous experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, beverage manufacturing, production, packaging or warehouse environments
• Machine operating experience highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• A willingness to learn and work across multiple operational areas
• The physical capability to perform repetitive manual handling and lift products up to 25kg+
• The ability to stand for extended periods throughout a shift
• Reliable transport and flexibility to accept shifts as required
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-focused approach

• This is a casual on-call position with shifts varying based on production requirements
• There are no guaranteed weekly hours and shift availability may fluctuate from week to week
• Candidates must be comfortable working within a facility that manufactures alcoholic beverages
• Successful applicants will be cross-trained across multiple production, packaging and rework areas
• Steel cap boots and high-visibility clothing are required
• Candidates must be physically capable of repetitive manual handling and lifting up to 25kg+
• Hairnets, gloves and other site PPE must be worn where required
• A police check will be required prior to commencement (funded by Manpower)
• Attendance at a mandatory site walk-through is required before starting
