Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse team in Truganina. This role involves picking and packing customer orders, receiving and putting away stock, and assisting with general warehouse duties to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and orders are dispatched accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse shelves accurately and efficiently, following order lists

• Pack items securely and with care to ensure safe delivery to customers

• Check every order for accuracy and product quality before dispatch, catching errors before they leave the building

• Label and prepare goods for dispatch

• Receive incoming deliveries and check stock against purchase orders

• Put away stock into correct warehouse locations

• Assist with stock organisation, rotation, stock counting, and proactively reporting discrepancies

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment, taking initiative to fix or flag issues without being asked

• Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates about order status, stock issues, and delays

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

 What We're Looking For

• A reliable team player who shows up consistently and can be counted on to get the job done right

• Previous experience in a pick-and-pack or similar warehousing role, including operating warehouse equipment

• Forklift license essential

• Sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy — you notice the small things others miss

• Someone who takes initiative — spots what needs doing and gets on with it, rather than waiting to be told

• Clear, proactive communicator who keeps the team informed and flags problems early

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling

• Basic to moderate computer skills; familiarity with warehouse management systems is an advantage
