Formulation Chemist

You’ll work on liquid fertiliser formulations, testing product performance, improving stability, and helping turn ideas and raw materials into reliable commercial products.
What you’ll be doingDeveloping and formulating new fertiliser products for commercialisationResearching new raw materials, formulation methods, and processing techniquesPlanning and carrying out laboratory experiments to test product performance and stabilityAnalysing data and recommending improvements to products, formulations, and processesTroubleshooting issues in liquid formulations, including quality, stability, and performance concernsWorking with production and quality teams to support scaleup and manufacturingMaintaining accurate records and preparing technical reportsWorking safely and collaboratively in a practical laboratory and manufacturing environment
What we’re looking forPhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related disciplineExperience in chemical formulation development and optimisationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with experimental design, data analysis, and technical reportingGood computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeFertiliser industry experience preferred
