Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

You will initially work as part of the warehouse and operations team, learning products, systems and daily operations. For the right person, the role will gradually develop to include supervisory responsibilities, such as coordinating warehouse staff, allocating daily tasks, monitoring stock levels and assisting with the day-to-day management of warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving and checking incoming stock

• Picking and preparing stock for delivery runs

• Loading and unloading vehicles

• Organising and maintaining warehouse stock

• Stock rotation and inventory control

• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and well organised

• Assisting with stocktakes

• Supporting vending machine delivery and replenishment operations when required

• Coordinating daily warehouse tasks as experience develops

• Helping improve warehouse efficiency and procedures

About you

• Reliable, punctual and responsible

• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on warehouse work

• Well organised and able to work efficiently

• Able to work independently and take initiative

• Comfortable taking responsibility and solving day-to-day problems

• A good communicator and team player

• Interested in developing into a leadership position

• Current Australian driver's licence

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving stock

• Must have ongoing Australian work rights that allow full-time employment
