As a cadet you will learn all aspects of Construction. From Contracts Administration, Estimating, Design and of course, gain valuable on-site exposure. You will be mentored by the senior members of the team as you develop your career in construction.

Typical tasks include supporting the Construction Managers in:

• Liaising with all trades and suppliers

• Liaising with Client/Project Superintendent

• Attending meetings with clients/project superintendent onsite

• Effective communication with other team members

• Cost management of trades through construction process

• General administrative duties

• Document control

• Processing and review of invoices/progress claims

Essential skills and characteristics:

• Reliable, honest and hardworking

• Great communication skills

• Effective time management and attention to detail

• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously

Required qualifications:

• Second to final year student or recently graduated in a Construction Management degree

• Relevant practical experience beneficial but not required, some form of work history will be highly regarded

• Drivers licence & own reliable car
