Signage Production Person

About the role

Wojo Signs is looking for a signage production person to join our team. This role combines hands on production and client liaison. You will be instrumental in delivering projects on time and at a high quality. At other times you will be required to come on site to assist in the completion of jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining production equipment such as plotters, printers, laminating machines and mounting machines
• Fabricating and installing assorted signage types such as panels, 3D lettering and illuminated signage
• Preparing files for production – some training available for this
• Quality control on all goods before delivery
• Managing timelines and communicating with team mates to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintaining your workspace in a clean and organised way, ensuring all safety requirements are fulfilled

About you

• Experience in signage production, fabrication and installation
• Knowledge of vinyl cutting and printing
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to work to precise specifications
• Problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to different project requirements
• A current driver's licence and a willingness to travel to sites to complete work
• Physical capability to lift, carry and work on a ladder or elevated surface
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
