Resident Advisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and community-minded Resident Advisor to play a key role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive residential environment for students. Reporting to the Associate Dean - Student Experience in the Residential College, Resident Advisors provide pastoral support and wellbeing guidance to students on their assigned corridor(s), helping students navigate the challenges and opportunities of university life. Working closely with Student Coordinators and the broader Residential College team, Resident Advisors contribute to the development of a positive college culture through mentoring, student engagement, event supervision, and community-building initiatives. In addition to their pastoral responsibilities, Resident Advisors take ownership of a portfolio area that enhances the student experience, supporting student leaders and delivering programs aligned with the College’s values and objectives.
