About the role
Linhua Packaging Pty Ltd is a leading importer and distributor of packaging materials and forms part of a larger multinational organisation. Based in Mount Kuring-gai, our experienced and close-knit team is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently looking for a motivated Team Member to join us and become an integral part of our warehouse operations.
Employment TypeThis is a full-time, fixed-term contract for an initial 3-month period (38 hours per week). There is the potential for the contract to be extended or become an ongoing position, subject to business requirements and performance.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (Day Shift)
Location: Mount Kuring-gai, NSW, with convenient on-site parking. This role is ideally suited to candidates living on Sydney's Upper North Shore or the Central Coast.
About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Member with a current forklift licence to join our team. You'll be involved in a variety of warehouse activities including forklift operation, order picking and packing, container unloading, stock movements and general warehouse duties.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts safely to move stock throughout the warehouse
Load and unload trucks and shipping containers
Receive, inspect and put away incoming goods
Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch
Label, wrap and palletise outgoing freight
Assist with inventory movements and stock control
Use handheld scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse
Support the wider warehouse team with general duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current Forklift Licence (essential)
Previous warehouse experience
Experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse environment
Basic computer skills and experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience using barcode scanners or handheld devices
A strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety
Physical fitness, as the role involves regular manual handling and container unloading
Reliable transport
A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a small team
Full-time hours with no weekend work
Initial 3-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension or ongoing employment
Stable day shift (7:00 am – 3:00 pm)
