About The Role:

Due to the Company's growth, we are looking for talented and experienced Auto Electrician and 4th year apprentices to join our growing team in Pakenham & Ferntree Gully. We will be looking for enthusiasm, solid work ethics, good work culture and attention to detail with a focus on delivering work to the highest standard. Loyalty to our brand is crucial for this position and in return we offer a clean workshop, with up-to-date tooling and machinery, above award wages and long term employment with a reputable employer.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Diagnostic, fault finding, installation, and repairs on a range of vehicles

• Design, build and install vehicle Dual Battery Systems

• Prior experience with dual battery systems required

• Install vehicle electrical accessories to a wide range of Offroad, recreational, passenger, and trade vehicles

• Test, troubleshoot & fault find vehicle electrical systems and components

Skills and attributes required:

• Trade qualified with Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent certification with 3-5 years experience in the same/similar role

• Must hold Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology only as the required qualification

• Ability to follow OH&S and COVID-19 safety procedures

• Self-starters with the ability to work unsupervised & take pride in their work

• Self-motivated, flexible, and a will to adapt to a variety of work

• Exhibit initiative, drive, and a great sense of humour

• Ability to work to time frames without being rushed

• Valid Australian manual driver's licence required

• Must hold a full licence only for the Australian manual driver's licence requirement

• Must have full Australian working rights

• Mechanically astute and competent

• 4WD experience is not required
