The owner is direct about it. He doesn't want doctors sitting on the same list for a career, so there's mentoring in skin, cosmetic and procedural medicine for anyone who wants it. He's been practising 27 years and owning practices for 20, so it comes from someone who's actually done the work. It seems to land. Doctors have stayed with him 10 years and more.

Liverpool is straight bulk billing general practice serving a broad south west Sydney patient base. Standard weekday roster with a Saturday morning. But you sit inside a wider group, so there's access to the skin and cosmetic work at another site, the aged care list, and 6 month rotations across sites if you're working through a moratorium.

Privately owned, non-corporate, and deliberately low pressure.

The offer

• 4 day week available, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 10am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm
• 70/30 split
• Bulk billing
• Residential aged care available, around $1,000 for 3 hours
• 6 month rotations across sites
