Customer Service & Sales Support - Wine Sales

About Pure Wine Co.

Pure Wine Co is a boutique, winery-owned sales and distribution business representing a curated portfolio of leading Australian and international wine brands, alongside select liquor brands. We partner with independent retailers, on-premise venues, and national chains across Australia, delivering a high standard of service and operational precision.

Based in Nairne SA, this role works closely supporting our customers, sales team, and day-to-day operations. Knowledge of the wine industry, export or high level data entry would be highly regarded.

What You'll be doing

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing friendly and knowledgeable support

• High level order processing along with providing inventory and delivery coordination

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks including orders, invoicing and reporting

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, sales reps, and warehouses

• Identify and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Managing customer and operational queries

• Identifying and implementing process improvements

• Supporting CRM management and data accuracy

• Acting as a support point for the wider team

What we're looking for

• Experience in customer service, sales support, wine export or administration (wine or hospitality highly regarded)

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excell and systems (CRM experience a bonus)

• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
