About the role
The role:
Join Adbri's growing Group Health & Safety team and play a key role in the continued evolution of our injury management function. Supporting our South Australian and Western Australian operations, you'll combine hands-on workers' compensation and injury management with strategic business partnering to improve return-to-work outcomes, reduce claim costs and build capability across the business.
More than a case management role, you'll coach leaders, build strong stakeholder relationships, identify opportunities to improve processes and help drive best practice injury management as the function continues to evolve.
