Car Washer/buffer

The opportunity

We are seeking a Car Washer/Buffer/Workshop Assistant to join our team at Kallangur Smash Repairs (formerly Mick Youngs Smash Repairs) in Kallangur, Queensland.

This is a permanent part-time position, where you will play a vital and valued role in our team. Work hours are flexible and will be 25-30 hours per week depending on the applicant.

What you'll be doing

·         Washing & cleaning vehicles to a high standard

·         De-nib & buffing vehicles (if experienced)

·         Safely moving vehicles around the workshop

·         Cutting up boxes and bumpers

·         Emptying Bins

·         Supporting the wider team when required

What we're looking for

·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

·         Great work ethic

·         Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented environment

·         Punctuality and reliability

·         Manual drivers' licence

·         Buffing experience highly regarded - would suit ex painter or detailer
