Position Summary:

Rise with us and be responsible for managing the planning, execution & coordination of all the hotel’s events, internal functions and social eventsManage the department’s event enquiries in an efficient and effective mannerLead the team to create detailed Banquet Event Orders that are tailored to client requirementsWork closely with the sales team to maximise all potential business leadsBuild and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookingsSupport the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty and overall wellbeing by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experienceEnsure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required managerial tasks in a prompt & thorough manner. Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to the team Plan and execute team building activities for associates, creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeingInspire the Events team to provide quality service and exceed guest expectationsLiaise with stakeholders and clients as the main point of contact for events & functions

About You:
