Automotive Business Development Representative

What you'll be doing:

• Hit the road, pick up the phone and bring great new dealerships into Carma’s wholesale network.
• Keep dealers in the loop on upcoming auctions, fresh inventory and results.
• Build genuine relationships that keep dealers bidding, buying and coming back for more.
• Be Carma’s go-to person at auctions—coordinating inspections, answering questions and sorting issues quickly.
• Keep an eye on dealer activity and chase ambitious acquisition, participation and sales targets.
• Team up with Wholesale Vehicle Operations to get every auction ready and every vehicle detail right.
• Help make the after-sale experience seamless, from invoices and payments to collections, logistics and returns.
• Keep customer records tidy and bring ideas that make our wholesale processes even better.

Okay, let’s talk about you:

• You have at least a year in business development, sales or account management—and love winning new business.
• You have experience in the automotive industry and understand the dealer landscape.
• You’re a natural relationship builder who’s comfortable meeting people and closing deals.
• You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and enjoy chasing targets.
• You’re curious about the numbers and turn insights into action.
• You pick up new systems quickly; CRM experience is a bonus.
• You hold a full NSW driver’s licence
