THE ROLE

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Document Controller to join our team on a full time basis  Based at our Perth Office,  this role offers exposure to a high-performing and progressive operation. Working Monday-Friday this is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team and further develop your career. 

Duties including but not limited to;

• Support project teams in meeting contractual document submission requirements.
• Preparation of documents and reports as required ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Establish and maintain project document control systems and registers.
• Receive, register, distribute, track, and archive project documentation.
• Maintain document numbering systems, revision control, and document status tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company Quality Management Systems (QMS), project procedures, and client requirements.
• Ensure all documents are issued, reviewed, approved, and stored in accordance with company procedures.
• Manage controlled copies of project documentation and maintain document distribution matrices.
• Monitor document workflows to ensure timely review and approval by relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company Quality Management Systems (QMS), project procedures, and client requirements.

THE PERSON

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a document control role
• Proven experience in establishment of a document control process for the purposes of project records management
• Experience in Pronto, Procore, Sharepoint, Aconex, TeamBinder or EDMS is highly desirable,.
• Work autonomously, show initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong capabilities with Quality Management Systems & Safety and environment systems
• Ability to work towards deadlines and demonstrate excellent time keeping skills
• Ability to provide support and training to project personnel on document control processes 
• High levels of attention to detail
• Project or Contracts Management and Document Control training or qualifications is desired but not essential.
