About the Role, and Us...

We are seeking a self motivated Studio Manager to join our team at J.I.M Seaforth.

J.I.M is Australia's First, Fully Automated Group Training Studio - combining the benefit of popular modalities such as pilates, yoga, functional movement & strength with state of the art infrared technology to help our members achieve twice the results, in half the time.

As our Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art studio, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members, building a strong community and ultimately ensuring the growth & sustainability of our Seaforth studio.

What You'll be Doing;

1. Manage the overall operations of the studio to ensure that it runs perfectly on a daily basis.

2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members, with a key focus on building a great culture and strong community.

3. Administration tasks such as membership management, emails, CRM management.

4. Deliver on our Marketing plans, with the ultimate plan of converting enquiries into members. Additionally running successful events, brand activations and B2B initiatives.

5. Ensure the studio maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all relevant industry regulations.

6. Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business, providing valuable insights and recommendations based on your operational expertise

3. Strong leadership.

4. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

5. Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology to support studio operations - this would include social media.

6. Passion for health, wellness, and the wellbeing of our clients

7. Ability to work alone and be self motivated

We will offer a base salary, relevant to the experience of the candidate - with very attractive incentives on top.

You will be personally mentored by an industry expert with close to 20 years of experience, and a proven track record of owning, growing & sustaining high performing studios.

Ability to be self motivated, and have self accountability is critical to your success in this role.
