About The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to help lead our new Frankston store, opening in November! In this leadership support role, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach and develop your team, and drive the store’s success. 1+ years of Assistant Management experience in a fast-paced big box retail environmentStrong commercial acumen – you know your sales figures, wage % and stock metricsPassion for people development and a proven record of team successA high attention to detail – your floor is always on pointOperationally savvy with experience in rostering, visual merchandising, and loss preventionA true ‘Make it Happen’ mindset – solutions-focused and performance-driven
