Maintenance Crew Leader

We're looking for a passionate Maintenance Crew Leader to join our Contract Services Team based on Knoxfield but servicing the Greater Melbourne area.

This is a hands on supervisor role where you'll help people build skills, confidence and independence while delivering high quality property maintenance services.

What you'll be doing

- Lead and coordinate a diverse crew of employees across property maintenance tasks

- mentor team members to build skills, independence and workplace confidence

- contribute to hands-on tasks including commercial cleaning, landscaping, general maintenance, painting and test and tag

- promote and model safe work practices, ensuring compliance and strong safety culture

- plan and oversee daily operations to deliver work efficiently, professionally and to a high standard

What you bring

- experience in commercial cleaning with additional skills in one or more of, landscaping, painting, property maintenance

- confidence using commercial equipment such as carpet cleaners, floor scrubbers, pressure cleaners

- supervisor experience, communication, and problem solving skills

- a collaborative mindset and genuine passion for inclusion and supporting others

Required

NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, National Police Check, current drivers license and full Australian working rights (employment is conditional on meeting these requirements)
