Full Time - Blown Film Operator - Night Shift

Location: Pendle Hill, NSW

We're a plastic film manufacturer producing industrial builders' film, and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on machine operator to join our team.

This is physical, fast-paced, and repetitive work — ideal for someone who is dependable, switched on, and looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow. You'll be working as part of a small, focused team, but also expected to operate autonomously when required.

· • Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machines

· • Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

· • Conduct visual quality checks on finished product

· • Record production data and report any issues

· • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

· • Contribute to process improvements and continuous development where possible

· Night shift hours from 11pm - 7am

· • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude

· • Experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful, but not essential — full training is provided

· • Physically fit – able to stand, lift, and complete repetitive tasks during the shift

· • A safety-conscious mindset – you follow procedures and look out for your team

· • Good time management skills – able to prioritise tasks and stay on top of production requirements

· • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

· • Reliable and ready to work across shifts, including overtime or weekends if needed

· • Someone looking to grow with the business and take on more responsibility over time

· • A forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential

· • Must have Australian work rights
