Mantra Bunbury is seeking a Guest Service Agent | Part Time Permanent

Do you enjoy welcoming people with a great smile each day and enjoy providing great customer service?  If so, we want to hear from you!

As our next Team member, you will:

• Assist with Guest enquiries both face to face and over the phone. 

• Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, from selling the hotel’s facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts, assisting guests on arrival, during their stay and up until their departure. 

• Be willing to go the extra mile to provide great guest service.

• Be required to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide guests and visitors with local information from your vast array of knowledge of the local area.

• Flexible to assist in the restaurant as required by the needs of the business. 

What we are looking for:

• Prior experience in hospitality & or customer service industry

• Experience using Protel an advantage, however onsite training will be provided

• Reliable team member 

• People with a passion for providing quality guest service

• Good communication and time management skills with a friendly personality

• Team player, that will be hands-on in order to see their team succeed

• The flexibility to work at a variety of times

• RSA – preferable
