About the role
Are you confident on the phone, naturally organised and passionate about creating a great customer experience?
Do you enjoy turning new enquiries into genuine sales opportunities while building relationships that continue beyond the initial appointment?
Ecostar Double Glazing is looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator to take ownership of the customer journey—from the first conversation through to consultation, follow-up and ongoing support.
This is more than a traditional appointment-setting or customer service role. As our sales and customer service functions evolve, you will become a key point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their experience with Ecostar and coordinating with the appropriate internal teams when required.
About EcostarEcostar Double Glazing helps Australian homeowners create quieter, more comfortable and energy-efficient homes through high-quality uPVC double-glazed windows and doors.
With Australian manufacturing now underway, expansion into new markets and continued growth across the Ecostar group of brands, this is an exciting time to join the business. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and help shape how we deliver a consistent, personalised customer experience.
What you will be doingYou will manage a combination of inbound sales, appointment coordination, customer follow-up and ongoing communication.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding promptly to new enquiries by phone, SMS and email.
Speaking with potential customers to understand their needs, answer initial questions and determine the most appropriate next step.
Qualifying and booking appointments to give our design consultants the best opportunity for success.
Gathering relevant information, photographs or measurements before consultations where required.
Managing design consultants’ calendars and maintaining full, efficient appointment schedules.
Confirming appointments, managing changes and rescheduling customers when necessary.
Following up enquiries, previous leads and customers who are not yet ready to proceed.
Acting as a reliable point of contact and keeping customers informed throughout their journey.
Maintaining accurate and complete customer information within the CRM.
Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience, increase appointment attendance and strengthen sales results.
You may be a great fit for this role if you have:
At least one to two years’ experience in phone-based sales, customer service, appointment setting or account coordination.
A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner.
The ability to adapt your communication style to different customers and situations.
A strong customer service mindset combined with the confidence to ask for the appointment or next step.
Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple customers, appointments and priorities.
A proactive approach—you follow matters through rather than waiting to be reminded.
Confidence handling customer concerns calmly and working towards a practical solution.
Experience using a CRM system.
Accurate data-entry skills and strong attention to detail.
A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to participate in a rotating Saturday roster.
Experience within home improvements, construction, windows, energy efficiency or a consultative sales environment would be beneficial but is not essential. Full product and process training will be provided.
How success will be measuredThis role will be measured across both sales and service outcomes, including:
Quality appointments booked.
Appointment confirmation and attendance rates.
Speed and quality of enquiry follow-up.
Customer communication and satisfaction.
CRM accuracy and completion.
Contribution to sales conversions and team targets.
A base salary with uncapped commission.
The opportunity to help shape a new, more connected sales and customer experience model.
A varied role where you can build relationships rather than simply process calls.
A close-knit and energetic team that supports and celebrates success.
Genuine opportunities for career progression as the company expands.
Comprehensive training across our products, systems and customer journey.
Employee product discounts and a rewarding referral program.
The opportunity to join a growing Australian-owned business during an important stage of its development.
