Recruitment Officer

Due to significant growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, AESTEC Services is looking for an additional Recruitment Officer to join our established Recruitment team.

Working alongside our current Recruitment team, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging and onboarding quality employees across a diverse range of trade, maintenance and project-based positions. This role has been created to support our continued growth and increasing workforce demands, offering an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing organisation.

As Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment activities that support the ongoing growth and success of our business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising through to onboarding
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and source quality candidates
• Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future workforce needs
• Conducting proactive candidate sourcing and market searches
• Screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating pre-employment processes
• Coordinating employment offers, onboarding, and induction activities
• Developing strong relationships with external labour hire and recruitment providers
• Assisting with workforce planning and recruitment strategies
• Ensuring recruitment activities align with company policies and employment legislation
• Staying informed of recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment outcomes
• Providing recruitment support and advice to management and supervisors across the business

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• A professional approach to maintaining confidentiality and sensitive information
• Strong computer skills and experience using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
• A proactive and team-focused attitude

A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline will be highly regarded but is not essential.
