This position is based in Perth on a permanent full-time basis.

About the Role
As our Marketing Planning & Operations Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating integrated planning activities, drive operational excellence and ensure marketing initiatives are aligned to strategic priorities, budgets and business goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing structure, clarity and continuous improvement to a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the annual and quarterly marketing planning process, creating a single integrated view of priorities across the Marketing function.
• Coordinate planning forums and stakeholder discussions to align activity, manage dependencies and support prioritisation decisions.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable workflows, plans and governance processes across teams.
• Drive improvements to marketing operations, systems, processes and ways of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with key stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Legal, Risk and Compliance to maintain strong governance and operational controls.

About You
You're a highly organised and collaborative marketing operations professional who enjoys bringing people, processes and priorities together. With strong planning and stakeholder management skills, you're comfortable coordinating complex activities across multiple teams and finding opportunities to improve the way work gets done. You combine commercial thinking with operational discipline and have a passion for creating structure, visibility and alignment.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience in marketing planning, marketing operations, project coordination or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to coordinate planning activities and deliver outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience developing planning frameworks, campaign calendars, process documentation and governance tools.
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows, governance, approvals and risk management practices.
• Experience working with marketing technology platforms, workflow tools and operational systems such as Monday.com
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.
