Java AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Java AI Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and modern AI technologies, including Claude, OpenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, RAG, and AI-powered application development.

This role will be at the forefront of building next-generation intelligent applications by combining enterprise-grade Java engineering with cutting-edge AI capabilities. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-enabled solutions that enhance business processes, automate workflows, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Build AI-powered enterprise applications leveraging Claude, OpenAI, and other LLM technologies.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop AI Agents capable of performing complex tasks, orchestration, reasoning, and workflow automation.
• Integrate AI models and services into enterprise platforms through APIs and modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to identify and deliver AI-driven use cases.
• Design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of AI-powered systems.
• Stay current with emerging advancements in AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and enterprise application development.
