The Role

We are currently seeking a Permanent Resourcing Specialist to join our vibrant and professional team based in Burswood.

This role offers a genuine warm desk within a profitable cost centre, along with the chance to join one of Australia’s largest and most successful recruitment agencies.

Working alongside experienced recruitment professionals, you will grow your recruitment expertise within the Industrial business, develop your own client portfolio and identify new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by business development, enjoys building strong client and candidate relationships, and is driven to create and grow their own success.

Skills and experience

To thrive in this position, you will ideally have:

• Previous agency recruitment experience is preferred.
• Proven business development and sales skills with a strong commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and candidates.
• A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a strong desire to succeed.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think proactively and identify solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow your own permanent recruitment desk, specialising in blue-collar placements with the support of a national network.
• Drive sales and business development through proactive telesales, client visits, lead generation and identifying new opportunities.
• Develop and grow strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Source, attract, interview and place candidates using creative sourcing and marketing strategies
