Make every shift count As a Casual Educator, you will work alongside our centre teams to:

• Support children throughout their daily routines, play and learning experiences
• Build warm and respectful relationships with children and families
• Help maintain safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environments
• Encourage children’s curiosity, confidence and development
• Adapt confidently to different rooms, teams and centre environments
• Bring a positive and dependable approach to every shift

We would love to hear from you if you

• Hold, or are currently studying towards, a recognised Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
• Hold a current Blue Card or are willing to obtain one
• Have completed National Child Safe Training through Geccko
• Are reliable, flexible and comfortable working with different teams
• Have a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
• Can travel to Guardian services within your nominated area
