On Road Plumber - Water Filtration Industry

We are a national leading water filtration company with over 33 years of experience in providing clean, safe drinking water. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and innovation, and now we’re looking for a skilled On -Road Plumber to service our new and existing customers. Our On-Road Plumber work closely with our Sales and Service teams, who are based in our head office at Burleigh Heads, Queensland. We seek a versatile On Road Plumber throughout the Brisbane/Logan regions, eager for hands-on tasks, embracing new challenges, and being proactive in the role.

No prior water filter experience necessary however favorable, we provide full training on the Gold Coast and ongoing support once you're back in the Brisbane region

• Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and your team

• Adapts quickly to changing conditions, schedules, and environments

• Time management and organisational efficiencies

• Confident in using iPad based CRM and completing digital forms

• Availability for a full time role servicing the Brisbane/Logan greater regions

Your role and day-to-day responsibilities * not limited to

• Servicing water filtration systems

• Meeting scheduled appointments and consistently representing the company at a high standard

• Identify potential upgrades, replacements or additional services

• Stock management including ordering

• Cash handling and banking

• Maintaining your supplied company vehicle

• Occasional overnight travel will be needed for customer coverage and regional trips

• Opportunity for extra income through incentives

Requirements

• Qualified or Licenced Plumber

• Fit and healthy

• Current national police check

• Current driving record

• Technical aptitude

• Valid driver's license

• Tech-savviness (tablet use)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Flexibility with hours, occasional Saturday work
