Graduate Test Engineer

• Undertake software test activities as defined in Software Test Plans.

• Ensure allocated software test activities for projects are completed on schedule to enable project milestones to be met.

• Implement automated test activities, with guidance from more senior software test engineers.

• Input into Software Test Plans, Software Test Procedures and other required software test documents.

• Perform system-level testing, including integration, FAT, SAT, and regression testing.

Graduate Software Engineer
Although primarily responsible for defect resolution and implementation and testing of assigned software activities, this position also involves exposure to the full life cycle of software engineering activities including:

• Requirements analysis

• Design

• Implementation

• Peer reviews (including code reviews)

• Testing (including unit, integration, software and support of acceptance)

• Resolution of defects.

To be considered for these opportunities, you will be a recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Communication Engineering or similar.  You will be an outstanding communicator, with an excellent attitude and willingness to learn. Technically, you will have exposure to the following:

• Understanding of core programming concepts and debugging techniques and exposure to C++ programming.

• Understanding of computer networking principals such as TCP/IP and network communication fundamentals
