We have got an exciting opportunity for a Conversions Officer (Admissions) to be part of our ECA Higher Education Division based at our Parramatta Campus.

The ECA Higher Education Division includes Asia Pacific International College (APIC), ECA College of Health Sciences (CHS), and the Higher Education Leadership Institute (HELI) who deliver industry-relevant undergraduate and postgraduate programs across business, information technology, health, social sciences, leadership and education. With a strong focus on student success, employability, and personalised support, our institutions provide a high-quality learning experience for students in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and professional guidance to prospective students and education agents regarding admission requirements, application processes, entry criteria, English language requirements, and course information for APIC, CHS and HELI.
• Support students throughout the admissions journey, providing exceptional customer service and proactively follow up outstanding applications, offers, acceptances and commencement requirements.
• Monitor and manage applications through the admissions pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression from application through to enrolment.
• Liaise with prospective students, education agents, academic staff, and internal stakeholders to obtain missing documentation and resolve application-related queries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Student Management System (SMS) and CRM platforms.
• Work closely with recruitment, marketing and compliance teams to maximise conversion opportunities and achieve enrolment targets.

As the successful candidate you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in admissions, student services, enrolments, recruitment, or education administration within the higher education sector
• Strong understanding of Australian international student admissions processes and entry requirements.
• Experience working with education agents and providing support to prospective students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when processing applications and documentation.
• Experience using student management systems, CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of ESOS legislation, the National Code, Genuine Student requirements, and higher education compliance frameworks (desirable).
