Business Development Manager – QLD | Renewable Energy & Battery Storage

Brisbane, QLD

Our client is one of Australia's leading battery energy storage manufacturers, and they're growing.

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to own the Queensland territory and build it into something bigger.

This is a hands-on role. You'll manage and grow relationships with distribution partners across QLD, get in front of installers and end customers, and drive real demand for a product range that spans residential through to C&I (up to 2MW, on-grid and off-grid).

What you'll be doing:

• Building and growing distribution partner relationships across QLD
• Meeting installers and distributors face to face to drive channel demand
• Developing direct relationships with end customers where relevant
• Generating leads, running client meetings, and preparing proposals and quotes
• Representing the business at industry events
• Keeping a pulse on market trends and competitor activity
• Feeding sales and market insights back to the business

What we're looking for:

• Sales or BD experience within the energy industry
• Someone who's happy working autonomously and owns their territory
• A relationship builder who wants to be in front of customers, not just on the phone
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, organised, and self-motivated
