About the role:
Bingo are seeking multiple Drivers to join our growing team in NSW. We have multiple roles open across the network and are offering full-time positions - This is your chance to be part of a dynamic logistics and transport operation.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials whilst maintaining excellent service standards. You will play a vital part in our supply chain, ensuring timely and reliable deliveries across the Sydney region. This position offers the chance to work with modern vehicles and contribute to the smooth running of our operations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Operating vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols

2. Conducting regular vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance issues promptly

3. Transporting goods and materials to designated locations within agreed timeframes

4. Loading and unloading cargo with care, ensuring proper securing and handling of items

5. Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, routes and vehicle usage

6. Communicating effectively with dispatch, customers and colleagues to coordinate deliveries

7. Providing excellent customer service during interactions at delivery points

8. Maintaining a clean and well-organised vehicle at all times

9. Meeting KPIs and performance targets set by management

What we're looking for:

1. A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence

2. A clean driving record with no major traffic violations

3. Proven experience in a driving or transport role, ideally within logistics/heavy trucks

4. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices

5. Excellent time management skills and ability to work to tight schedules

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

7. Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading duties

8. Reliability and a professional attitude towards work

9. Ability to work independently whilst being part of a team environment
