The Role

As a New & Used Car Sales Consultant, you will:

• Assist customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey

• Generate and manage sales leads

• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

• Build strong customer relationships and repeat business

• Maintain follow-up activity through our CRM systems

• Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets

• Work closely with our finance and delivery teams

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred (but not essential)

• Strong communication and people skills

• A positive, motivated, and professional attitude

• The ability to work in a team-focused environment

• High attention to detail and organisational skills

• A current and valid driver’s licence

• A strong desire to succeed and grow within the automotive industry
