About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Visy Dior Hotels as a Front Office Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations at our Norwest Business Park location. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional guest experience and ensuring the efficient running of our hotel.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all front office staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management

• Oversee the guest check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience

• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Implement and monitor front office policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth coordination of hotel operations

• Analyse front office data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and hotel policies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a front office or hotel management role

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Excellent customer service orientation, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Proficient in using hotel management software and technology

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality or a related field is desirable
