Salary negotiable for right candidate along with commission incentives and structures on top. 

About the Role
As Associate Agent to Lisa Coburn, you will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day sales process while helping deliver an exceptional experience for our clients. This role offers genuine career progression, uncapped income and the opportunity to get recognised alongside an established agent.  

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with buyer and vendor communication

• Attending open homes and private inspections

• Supporting appraisals and listing presentations

• Managing buyer follow-ups and database engagement

• Assisting with campaign management and property launches

• Social media 

• Delivering an exceptional, client-first experience at every stage

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities

• Build and nurture client relationships

• Coordinate campaigns and property launches

About You

• Previous real estate experience is essential

• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Exceptional communication and people skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• A genuine client-first mindset

• Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

• Social Media SAVVY

• Professional presentation
