We're seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead our busy, high-volume Salisbury pharmacy on a full-time basis.

What You Bring
Leadership: A confident, motivated, and patient-focused pharmacist leader with strong clinical knowledge.
Operational Skill: Proven ability to manage pharmacy operations, ensure compliance, and oversee financial and operational performance.
Performance Focus: The ability to drive key pharmacy and business KPIs while managing workflow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Communication: Strong communication, counselling, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Mentoring: Experience mentoring and supporting team members to deliver high-quality pharmacy services.
What You'll Need
Bachelor of Pharmacy with current AHPRA registration.
Completion of (or desire to complete) relevant scope of practice training.
Experience with QCPP standards, dispensary policies, and retail pharmacy operations.
Strong attention to detail, professional presentation, and ability to handle confidential information.
Previous leadership experience in a community pharmacy setting; previous experience as a Pharmacist in Charge is preferred but not essential.
