Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, flexible and dynamic Registered Nurse with strong acute experience to join our team at Epworth Richmond! This is a fantastic opportunity is to work within our 5 Gray surgical ward which specialises in caring for vascular, thoracics, plastics, ENT, breast, major head and neck surgery patients. Part time options are available. 

The successful candidate will be an experienced Registered Nurse having previously worked in an acute surgical ward. You will be passionate about patient care and achieving high quality clinical outcomes.  A strong communicator, you have a supportive and engaging style that enables you to easily build rapport with patients and their families.  You enjoy collaborating with team members to support the development and growth of the service.

A wide range of acute and chronic medical problems are treated with advanced care, technology and services by multidisciplinary teams. You will be supported by great teams with excellent leaders and provided with the opportunity to increase your knowledge through extensive educational programs and opportunities.

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Current AHPRA Nursing registration
• An excellent clinical understanding of surgical nursing care

• The ability to work within a team focused environment

The annual salary range as at 1 July 2026 for full time Registered Nurses – AUD $85,732 - $107,669  + super + entitlements and Enrolled Nurses – AUD $75,737 - $82,550 + super + entitlements, depending on registration type, year level and position/experience (prorated for part-time).
