Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Advisor based in Dalby, QLD. The HSE Advisor will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a culture of safety across the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting safety audits, providing guidance on health and safety compliance, managing environmental health and safety (EHS) policies, delivering safety training sessions, and working closely with teams to mitigate occupational health risks. The role ensures all operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal protocols to uphold workplace safety and environmental performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience and expertise in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational HealthFamiliarity with NEBOSH qualifications and auditing practicesStrong understanding of regulatory compliance and workplace health standardsAbility to conduct safety audits and implement effective safety protocolsExcellent communication skills and the ability to deliver training programsDedicated to fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibilityRelevant certifications or qualifications in occupational health and safety, or a related fieldExperience in the drilling, mining, or resource sector is an advantage
