We are looking for a motivated and hands-on team member to join our growing production team. Whether your background is in woodworking, electrics, plumbing, fabrication, or general assembly — we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Build and assemble motorhomes to high quality standards

• Work with a range of materials: timber, composites, electrical systems, fixtures and fittings

• Read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions

• Must be able to independently read and interpret technical drawings

• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive team

• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient workspace

What We're Looking For

• Practical, hands-on skills (carpentry, mechanical, electrical or similar)

• Some experience in hands-on skills such as carpentry, mechanical, or electrical work is required

• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

• Ability to work as part of a team

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Previous experience in manufacturing, joinery, caravans or motorhomes is a bonus — but not essential

• Must have Australian work rights
