We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail leader to join our Highpoint store as an Assistant Store Manager!

As part of the New Balance team, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in leading and coaching the team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional, personalised customer service to every customer, fostering authentic and meaningful connections.

• Supporting the Store Manager in driving daily store operations and achieving sales targets

• Driving sales through consultative selling, understanding each customer’s needs and matching them with the right product

• Provide support and guidance to Sales Associates to ensure they contribute to the success of the store

• Confidently sharing product knowledge across performance footwear and lifestyle apparel

• Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store reflects the quality and heritage of the brand

• Supporting stock operations including delivery processing, replenishment, and stockroom organisation

• Support the store to operate efficiently, in compliance with internal policies and procedures

• Desire to challenge yourself to achieve individual and company objectives

To be successful you will have:

• Previous experience in a customer-focused retail environment (highly regarded)

• Confidence in consultative selling and sharing detailed product knowledge

• A polished and professional presentation with excellent communication skills

• An appreciation for quality product, craftsmanship, and performance innovation

• Energetic and positive can-do attitude

• A keen interest in retail, fashion and sporting trends
