In the Assistant Store Manager role you will 

• Partner with the Store Manager to bring the T2 experience to life through exceptional leadership, seamless store operations and beautifully curated retail environments. 

• Inspire and coach the team to deliver memorable customer experiences, sharing your passion for tea, product knowledge and meaningful connections. 

• Support the achievement of commercial goals through effective stock management, visual merchandising and a focus on operational excellence. 

• Step into a leadership role when the Store Manager is away, creating confidence, clarity and consistency for the team. 

• Nurture team growth through coaching, feedback and ongoing development, helping our people thrive. 

A little about you 

• A genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences, with the drive and confidence to support your Store Manager and team in achieving shared goals. 

• Strong communication, organisation and time management skills, with the ability to create clarity and connection in a fast-paced retail environment. 

• A natural ability to inspire those around you, with previous team leadership, key holder or retail management experience highly regarded. 

• A curiosity for tea and a desire to grow your product knowledge, becoming a passionate T2 brand ambassador. 

Requirement of the role  

• Availability to work late evenings and weekends
