About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, professional and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team in a Receptionist / Beauty Therapist role.

This is a varied position combining reception, client care and hands-on beauty treatments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming clients and providing a professional and welcoming experience for every client

• Assisting with the smooth day to day running of the clinic

• Managing bookings, appointments and client enquiries via phone, text and social media

• Providing beauty treatments, including facial treatments, beauty services and laser skin treatments

• Conducting client consultations and providing professional treatment advice

• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and presentation

• Building strong relationships with clients and helping with client satisfaction and retention

• Supporting with marketing via social media and email campaigns

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds either a Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy and previous experience working in the beauty industry

• Is passionate about beauty, skincare and client care

• Is confident performing beauty treatments and facials

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills being warm, friendly and professional

• Is organised, reliable and well-presented

• Enjoys working as part of a team and can also work independently

• Is willing to learn and grow within the role

• Laser experience is an added bonus, but not essential. Training of all laser equipment will be provided

• Experience using Timely booking system is an added bonus

Hours

This is a casual part-time position with availability required:

Monday: Full day
Tuesday: Full day
Wednesday OR Thursday: Half day
Friday: Full day

You will be required to work either Wednesday or Thursday, rather than both.
