Location: Central Queensland (Rockhampton, Gladstone & Mackay regions)
Wage: $45 - $50 per hour

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Water Truck Operator to join our team for ongoing project work across Central Queensland.

This role will see you operating a water truck to support site operations through dust suppression and general site activities. Project locations and assignments may vary depending on operational requirements, providing consistent opportunities across our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a water truck in accordance with site procedures.

• Carry out dust suppression and water distribution as directed.

• Complete daily pre-start inspections and report any defects.

• Maintain accurate logbooks and required documentation.

• Follow all site safety requirements and company policies.

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other site personnel.

• Maintain a professional attitude while representing our company on client sites.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Current HR Licence (minimum).

• Construction Induction White Card (essential).

• Water Truck Operating Tickets (desirable).

• Previous experience operating a water truck or heavy vehicle.

• A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Reliable, punctual and professional approach.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.

Desirable:

• Experience working on infrastructure, renewable energy or large-scale project sites.

• Additional plant operating experience or relevant tickets.
