Your Role

Working Tuesday to Friday (9 am to 5 pm) and every Saturday (9 am to 2 pm), you'll help create a fantastic showroom experience while providing valuable support to our sales team.

You'll be:

• Welcoming customers into the showroom
• Assisting with enquiries and connecting customers with the right sales consultant
• Processing and allocating sales leads
• Booking appointments and managing sales diaries
• Preparing quotes and supporting order administration
• Providing general administrative support to the sales team

About You

You're someone who loves being organised, enjoys helping people and takes pride in getting the details right.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in administration, reception, retail or customer service
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A positive, proactive and professional attitude
• An interest in home improvement, renovations, interior design or building products
