Demonstrated ability to develop and evaluate educational programs that support children's learning and development. Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with children, families and colleagues. A collaborative approach with the ability to mentor, support and contribute positively to team performance. Commitment to inclusive practices that respect and celebrate the diverse backgrounds and needs of children and families. Sound understanding of regulatory requirements, quality frameworks, health and safety standards and continuous improvement principles.
