Expected OTE $250K+ (base salary + commissions)

We are a successful, long-established provider of premium bespoke fitted interior solutions with a strong and growing pipeline of work secured well into the future.

As our customer base expands, we are looking for a polished, commercially sharp Sales Consultant who can combine technical understanding with genuine relationship-building.

This is a hands-on role based full-time in our Melbourne showroom/office. You will work with architects, builders, designers and homeowners - simplifying complex technical information, understanding client needs, and guiding them through tailored solutions. No hard sell is required; our products speak for themselves.

• Uncapped earnings with an expected OTE of $250K+ (base + commissions). Top performers significantly exceed this.

You will:

• Consult with a diverse client base (architects, builders, designers and homeowners).

• Translate technical requirements into clear, practical solutions.

• Prepare accurate detailed quotes with full administrative support.

• Negotiate confidently and manage both inbound leads and proactive opportunities.

• Take ownership of the client journey from first conversation through to successful outcome.
  

• Proven experience in sales or business development within technical, construction, design, interiors or industrial fields.

• Ability to read and interpret plans/drawings (preferred).

• Strong understanding of engineered or bespoke fitted products.

• Self-motivated, commercially sharp, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine client relationships.

• Strong organisational skills and MS Office proficiency.

• Current driver’s licence.
