Customer Support Expert - Mobile Service Desk

About the role

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, making sure every interaction is smooth, helpful, and genuinely positive. You'll be part of our Mobile Service Desk team, based on-site at our Gold Coast office.

Key responsibilities

• Managing orders - handling customer requests for smartphones, tablets, and laptops, from configuration and accessories through to coordinating delivery to end-users, and troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
• Building relationships - developing strong, trusted partnerships with government and corporate Telstra customers, supporting them by phone, email, and face-to-face
• Processing and delivering orders efficiently and within strict timeframes
• Moving comfortably between Microsoft, Telstra, and Techwell's own custom-built platforms
• Working closely with Service Desk colleagues, Account Managers, and Solution Specialists to keep improving how we support our customers
• Flagging urgent issues quickly and keeping clients informed every step of the way

• Fast, accurate typing and ability to work across phone, email, and systems at the same time
• Solid, hands-on experience with Windows, including confident use of keyboard shortcuts
• Comfortable working across multiple screens and switching between several systems at once
