About The Role

Bushfire Control is a specialist and innovator in the bushfire protection industry, having pioneered the flame zone rated bushfire shutter in Australia over a decade ago.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team based in Auburn. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a high-quality range of products to the residential building industry, working closely with architects, builders, developers, and other industry professionals.

Your focus will be on developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers throughout NSW.

• Follow up the already existing and extensive sales pipeline for flame zone window systems and BAL 40 and Flame Zone rated shutters.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
• Liaise with Architects, Builders, and Home Owners throughout the design and procurement stages
• Attend regular site visits and client meetings
• Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM system.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming construction projects

Must Haves

• A minimum of 2 years' sales experience, preferably within the building products, construction, architectural, or residential building industry.
• Experience selling to or working with architects, builders, developers and home owners will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A self-motivated, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
• A current Australian driver's licence
• Australian Citizen.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
