Interior Designer

Blur is looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our Collingwood studio. We're a young, diverse team with big ambitions and a genuine commitment to creating architecture that is meaningful, accessible, and considered.

This is a great opportunity for a designer who wants real ownership over projects — you'll work closely with our architecture and design team across the full project lifecycle, from concept through to delivery, on a mix of multi-residential and commercial work.

The Role

• Lead and manage interior design deliverables across all project phases — concept through to completion

• Liaise directly with clients, consultants and suppliers

• Collaborate closely with our architecture team to ensure design intent carries through construction

• Contribute to business development and help build client relationships

• Confidently manage multiple projects at once

About You

• Minimum six years' local experience in an interior design or architecture practice

• A genuine passion for design, detailing and materiality

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite

• A collaborative team player who also works well autonomously
