Senior Product Manager Credit Cards - 12 months fixed term contract

Shape the future of credit cards at ING 

It's an exciting time to join ING's Credit Cards team. We are embarking on a significant transformation of our in-life cards strategy, creating a unique opportunity to help redefine how we engage, retain and grow our customer base. 

This is a 12 months fixed term secondment opportunity

This role will play a critical part in delivering a strategic transformation of our engagement model, reimagining our eMOB and in-life customer strategy, and uplifting our customer propositions in response to the evolving interchange reform landscape. With a blank sheet of paper strategically, you'll have the opportunity to influence the direction of a high-profile portfolio and help shape the future of the cards business. 

What you'll do 

• Lead the strategic overhaul of ING's in-life credit cards engagement strategy, including a significant customer engagement transformation program. 
• Redesign and optimise eMOB and lifecycle engagement programs to drive activation, usage, retention and customer value. 
• Develop and deliver proposition enhancements in response to interchange reform and evolving customer expectations. 
• Partner across Product, Marketing, Data, Digital and Operations to deliver customer-centric growth initiatives. 
• Use customer insights, market trends and commercial analysis to shape portfolio strategy and investment decisions. 

What we're looking for 

• Proven experience in credit cards, payments, loyalty, customer engagement, portfolio management or proposition development. 
• Strong track record building and executing in-life customer strategies that drive growth and engagement. 
• Strategic thinker who can translate complex challenges into clear, actionable plans. 
• Commercially minded, with the ability to leverage data and insights to influence decision-making. 
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive outcomes across a complex organisation.
